Amber Blocker
Amber started her career as a 911 Dispatcher with Morgan County Sheriff's Office and furthered her career as a Police Communications Officer with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency before joining the Echo911 family.
Melvenia Mount
Mel is originally from Tuskegee Al.
She has worked in communications for 19 years beginning her career with the Brighton Police & Fire departments in 2007. Melvenia started with Echo911 in January of 2020 (she has been with us since DAY ONE)!
Mel won't admit to this, but she is the glue that holds dispatch together. Mel is also referred to as our human CAD, Mel has an amazing memory for recalling past details.
Margaret & Sophia
Echo911 is proud to "employ" Margaret & Sophia who were adopted by our staff from Forgotten Felines out of Huntsville. They are on-call 24/7 to support our staff with biscuits, cuddles and much more. They take their duty to ensure every electric blanket is in tip-top working order very seriously.
