CLEAR Enhanced Due Diligence Agreement and Terms of Service

    • Requesting Vehicle/Person information ** All requests for information MUST be related to a call as all requests will be documented in the CAD under the officer requesting! You must be able to provide dispatch with a location and call type before any information will be ran and given back via the radio! **

     

    • 10-28 (Vehicle Registration)
      • This is the 10 code that should be used when an officer is requesting dispatch to obtain vehicle information.
      • Vehicle information may be obtained by providing dispatch with the Tag Number and state or the VIN number on the vehicle in question. ** If you have more than one Tag and/or VIN number that you need dispatch to run you will give them one at a time, followed by “so far”, wait for dispatch to answer, and then continue with the next. **
        • To request vehicle information:
      • ABC123(unit requesting info.) to central check 10-28 ** Wait for dispatch to acknowledge you before you continue! **
      • Dispatch: ABC123 10-04 (or ABC123 10-4 Go ahead)
      • Once dispatch has advised you to go ahead you may request this information by providing the Tag Number and State, or the VIN number on the vehicle in question. ABC123 AL 10-28 BAC1112 (read as, Alpha Bravo Charlie, one, one, one, two) on a red Toyota Camry. The color, make, and model (if possible) are important, this will let dispatch know if the tag you have provided is a swapped tag or possibly stolen tag.
      • Dispatch will respond by reading you back the following information: “ ABC123 10-28 returns on a Red 2022 Toyota Camry, Registered to (registered owner’s name), out of Huntsville, Alabama.
      • If the tag returns to a different vehicle than what the officer advises it is displayed on dispatch will respond with: “ABC123 10-70 (prepare to copy) 10-60 (confidential information).” This is used to let the officer know dispatch is about to provide sensitive information and the officer may want to make sure the suspect/person they are out with cannot hear what information dispatch is going to provide next. Once the officer is ready they will advise “ABC123 Central go ahead.”
        • Please be advised, currently there is not a limit on usage however, if it is abused and seemingly for no reason then Echo911 can institute a limit and/or fee on a case by case basis.

     

    • 10-69 Subject (Check Person)
      • This is the 10 code that should be used when an officer is requesting information on a person.
      • Person information may be obtained by providing dispatch with the subjects Name & Date of Birth, Social Security Number, or Driver’s License Number & State. ** If you have more than one Person that you need dispatch to run you will give them one at a time, followed by “so far”, wait for dispatch to answer, and then continue with the next. **
        • To request information on a person:
          • ABC123 (unit calling dispatch) to Central 10-69 Subject ** Wait for dispatch to acknowledge you before you continue! **
        • Dispatch: ABC123 10-04 (or ABC123 10-4 Go ahead)
        • Once dispatch has advised you to go ahead you may request this information by providing the subjects Name & Date of Birth, Social Security Number, OR Drivers License Number & State.
        • Dispatch will respond by reading you back the following information: “ABC123 Information returns to Subjects Name, Age, and Address.
          • Please be advised, currently there is not a limit on usage however, if it is abused and seemingly for no reason then Echo911 can institute a limit and/or fee on a case by case basis.
