We make reports, recordings, and GPS data available to you 24/7/365, upon request. We log and store all radio traffic and GPS data for 365 days. We store CAD reports indefinitely.
Users can have instant access to reports by purchasing CAD access which includes an MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) application for your in vehicle computer.
City View
Our GPS tracking updates your units location every 10 seconds for the most accuracte positioning. Location data is accurate within 3ft (1m), 99% of the time.
Location Data
Location data is saved for 365 days and can be made available to the client upon request.
Data includes date/time, speed, accuracy, distance from last location captured, and exact Lat/Long.
Geo-Fencing
Geo-fencing can be set up upon client request with alerts sent to the clients phone.*
Alerts can be set up to monitor speed and entering and exiting of a pre-defined geographical area.

Unit Details
Dispatchers can see individual unit data to monitor responses, location, and even guide the unit to another Echo911 user when assistance is requested.

We generate a report for each call-out.
