Two agreements. One working system.
- 1 · Echo911 assists with your quote. We scope the technology and help your agency request dispatch pricing from Coosada 911.
- 2 · Dispatch is contracted directly with Coosada 911. All government dispatch service is a separate agreement between your agency and the District (FCC PSAP #8914).
- 3 · Echo911 supplies the technology - Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) radios, Command & Dispatch CAD, MDT, video, and RTCC - under a separate Echo911 agreement. The same stack Coosada uses to dispatch you.
- 4 · Built-in resilience. Coosada 911 is also Echo911's contracted failover communications center.
