Which remote speaker mic fits my radio? +

Speaker mics are model-specific: the BG Series RSM fits BG25 radios, the MP22 RSM fits MP22 radios, and the PS35 RSMs fit PS35 radios. If you're not sure which radios your fleet runs, note that in the ticket and we'll match the right mic to your account.

What's the difference between the two PS35 speaker mics? +

The SOS version adds a dedicated emergency button on the mic itself, so a responder can trigger an SOS without reaching for the radio. It pairs with the SOS Response add-on on your MCPTT service. The standard version is the same mic without the SOS button.

Are batteries and chargers model-specific? +

Extra batteries, desktop chargers, and replacement antennas are one price for any model - just tell us which radio they're for in the ticket so we ship the right part.

How is shipping charged? +

Shipping & handling is $12.95 per order via UPS, not per item. Order everything you need on one ticket and pay shipping once.
