EchoCAD
DISPATCH CONSOLE · WEB + WINDOWSThe command center: real-time call board, live map, and full incident management for the telecommunicator, in the browser or as a multi-monitor Windows app.
Console features ↓EchoCAD is a single public-safety platform built for police, fire, and EMS. Call intake, dispatch, in-vehicle mobile data, the responder's phone, and records all run on one brain. Every action updates in real time on every screen, from the dispatch console to the officer's pocket.
Most agencies stitch together a CAD, a separate mapping tool, a phone system, and a records database that never quite talk to each other. EchoCAD replaces all of it: when a 911 call is answered the incident is already created; when a unit changes status in the vehicle the dispatcher sees it instantly; when an officer runs a plate the result attaches to the call and lands in records.
The command center: real-time call board, live map, and full incident management for the telecommunicator, in the browser or as a multi-monitor Windows app.
Console features ↓A touch-first, sunlight-readable workstation for the patrol vehicle. Self-dispatch, run plates, and see the call, all without keying the radio.
MDT features ↓The pocket companion for responders away from the vehicle: calls, units, RMS, and chat, with paging that breaks through silent mode.
Field app ↓The call-taker's workstation, a modern softphone with deep CAD integration, AI transcription, two-way translation, and caller video.
911 intake ↓EchoRMS is built in. A full records management system runs inside the same ecosystem, covering master person and vehicle records, reports, warrants, BOLOs, trespass notices, statements, and property/evidence with chain of custody. Records are agency-owned and agency-scoped: every department sees only its own data.

The active-calls board updates instantly, with no refresh, and a power-user command line lets a dispatcher assign, clear, close, and status entirely by keyboard. The map auto-follows whichever unit is transmitting, and a live active-speaker indicator shows exactly who is on the radio. Premise-hazard alerts surface before anyone arrives.
Open a call and everything is one screen: SOP/protocol questions for the call type, an AI overview of the incident so far, verified jurisdiction and PSAP with one-tap transfer numbers, assigned units with live battery and signal, and the status timer with one-click extensions.

Dispatch is only as good as its map. EchoCAD runs on NENA-standard GIS data, the same road centerlines, address points, and boundary layers PSAPs use for 911, plus Esri-compatible mapping so your existing county or state GIS shapefiles and feature layers drop straight in.

911-grade address points and road centerlines mean the location a caller gives is the location units are sent to, with no geocoder guessing against consumer map data.
Counties and states already maintain authoritative GIS in Esri formats. EchoCAD consumes it directly, so your map is your jurisdiction's map, and it stays current.
New subdivision? Annexation? Your admin updates the data and every console, MDT, and phone sees it. No vendor ticket, no quarterly map release.

Large status buttons update dispatch and every screen with one tap. Officers self-dispatch, run plates and people, and pull full RMS, all from the terminal in the vehicle.
When a 911 call is answered, the CAD incident is already created, with no manual "create call" step. The call-taker sees who's calling, reads a live transcript, and can serve a limited-English caller without a separate interpreter line.
Available to clerks in the admin portal, to officers in EchoMDT and EchoCAD Mobile, and to dispatchers right inside an active call. Safety flags follow a person everywhere they appear.
Nationwide lookups (optional). Search people and plates nationwide for identity, addresses, phones, aliases, associates, registration, and owner, then import any hit into the local agency record with one click. Gated per agency, department, and user.
Run it anywhere. EchoCAD and EchoMDT run as downloadable Microsoft Windows applications or in Chrome-based browsers from anywhere, secured with TLS/AES-256 and two-factor authentication. The Windows apps ship with signed auto-updates and radio-transmit auto-mute. EchoCAD Mobile is available for Android and iOS, on phones and tablets.

One platform runs many agencies with strict per-agency data isolation. Echo911 can take 911 intake and hand dispatch to your agency, or run the whole floor.
Enable automatic failover for call-taking and dispatch: to any of your other centers, to another EchoCAD agency you partner with, or to Echo911 or our partner PSAP Coosada 911, where trained, protocol-certified staff power your emergency failover seamlessly.
Encrypted LAN/WAN peer sync keeps consoles and units talking even when the internet is down.
EchoCAD shares data with the platforms your agency and your neighbors already run: two-way CAD sync, inbound and outbound dispatch feeds, and full-conversion importers, all built and supported by Echo911. If a tool has an API, we'll integrate it, including other CAD and RMS systems.
Device-based caller location and supplemental emergency data on live 911 calls, in EchoPhone and on the EchoCAD map.
Receive calls from other CAD and dispatch systems, and send EchoCAD dispatches out to partner agencies and responding units.
Live sync and full-conversion importers for Orna, Southern Software CAD/RMS, THERMS, and Destiny Patrol Software.
Body-cam uploads automatically tagged to the call for service, with descriptions attached.
Command & Dispatch works on its own, and everything connects when you're ready. Buy the CAD alone, pair it with Echo911 radios for the deepest integration, or get it free with our dispatchers on your channels.
No Echo911 radios or dispatch service required. Runs with your existing radios, your dispatchers, and your NENA-compliant call handling. ANI/ALI imports straight into the console.
Pair EchoCAD with Echo911 Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT) radio service ($24/radio/mo), and the radios unlock the platform's best features. CAD is quoted separately for your operation.
We dispatch for you from $7.25/hour, and your agency keeps full free access to EchoCAD, EchoMDT, EchoCAD Mobile, and EchoRMS the whole time.
Built and supported by dispatchers and first responders, hosted and monitored 24/7. Runs standalone with your existing radios and your dispatchers.
